Fast and decisive
Easy-going buyer and punctual for meet up 👍🏼
I check the bag before I send to buyer. Buyer check the bag in good condition when delivery to her and reply to me the bag is good, she like it. After a week, buyer claim for bag spoiled and say is first time she use. I can’t sure how buyer use the bag. But I fully refund to her included courier fees. This is unfair to me. Is an unhappy deal with this. Hope you can understand it. Thanks
The condition seemed good upon delivery but was wrapped up as a gift and only used a week later which explains the late feedback. Pls note that the bag came apart when only few items were carried as user did not even bring her wallet along since the bag isn't spacious for that. Moreover, the full refund was suggested by seller immediately upon feedback and I merely accepted what was offered. A 5-star review was even posted for seller prior to this. Likewise, a very troubled and unhappy buyer.
