It’s been more than a month a buyer still have yet to mail back my item, despite having to refund her PROMPTLY. Chased her many times but to no avail. Contacted Carousell to escalate but still MIA. Deal at your own risk. Just my luck with such a buyer.

decided to WA buyer & she replied. fyi i ONLY reported this acc after 1 month of MIA & refunding back her $$ w/ interim chasers. anw she cld hv just gave a heads up if she needed time to mail it back but NOPE, the MIA behaviour for 1 month is not acceptable. anyhoo, i can only hope i get my time back lol.
